The candidates who have not uploaded the required documents in the admission portal while submitting online application to the newly launched PG/Ph.D /Integrated/PG Diploma and Diploma Courses are directed to upload the same (PDF format only) through the google form link given below on or before 07/12/2023. No further communication will be issued in this regard and the application of candidates who fail to submit their documents in google form link will be summarily rejected without any further notice.
