COLLABORATION WITH ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS
Kerala Agricultural University is collaborating with the following International Academic Institutions through student and faculty exchange programmes.

International Agriculture and Rural Development Programme with Cornell University, Ithacca, USA. Four meritorious students and one faculty have undergone the programme during 2018 and during 2019 also the programme will be continued.

Western Sydney University, Australia for Joint MRes & Joint PhD and Joint MRes & Dual PhD programmes.
COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRIES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS
KAU has collaboration with most governmental institutions of the state and at national level. At the state level it has good links KSCSTE, SHM, ATMA, Hill Area Development Agency and Western Ghats Development Cell. At national level MANAGE and NABARD are some of the institutions with which KAU has good linkages.
FUTURE COLLABORATIONS
University of Western Australia (UWA) and Kerala Agricultural University is planning to collaborate on a project ‘Food Security and the Governance of local knowledge in India and Indonesia’ and preliminary discussions on this are over.
